Andy has written FCA-compliant financial content for financial advisers and advisory firms for nearly twenty years. He uses AI as a tool within that editorial process – for research, structuring, and drafting – but the expertise that makes the output compliant and authoritative is human. He reads every word, because he understands the regulations well enough to know what AI gets wrong. This is the opposite of the approach that most agencies take: generating content with AI and hoping the compliance review catches the problems. The compliance is built into the writing from the start, because the writer has two decades of understanding both the regulations and the audience.
